Services
The Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon with the Client. The specific tasks to be performed will be detailed in the service agreement.
Booking and Scheduling
● All bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.
● The Company will confirm the booking via email or phone.
● Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
● The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booking with prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
● Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
● The Client will be invoiced for any additional services or extended hours not initially agreed upon.
● Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
● The Client can cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring a fee.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
● Refunds will be processed within 14 days for any payments made in advance for cancelled services.
Client Obligations
● The Client must provide a safe and secure environment for the Cleaner.
● The Client must inform the Company of any hazards or special instructions regarding the premises.
● The Client is responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items prior to the Cleaner’s arrival.
Company Obligations
● The Company will ensure that Cleaners are trained, insured, and equipped to perform the Services.
● The Company will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.
● The Company will address any complaints or issues raised by the Client promptly.
Liability
● The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the Client’s failure to secure valuables.
● The Company is not liable for any wear and tear or pre-existing damage to the Client’s property.
● The Company’s liability for any damage caused during the provision of Services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Complaints
● Any complaints regarding the Services must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of the service.
● The Company will investigate and address complaints promptly, and if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional cost.
Confidentiality
● The Company will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of Services.
● The Client agrees to keep any business information about the Company confidential.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
